![]() After explaining again that our room had not been serviced again, OR since arriving, I am told that the other clerk should have given us a placard for cleaning room. Went to the front desk again, taking all the dirty towels for exchange of clean. Then again, third night returning from an outing, room was not cleaned again. ![]() He had that opportunity to give us the placard for housekeeping. He assured me that he would tell housekeeping and gave me fresh towels. Okay, maybe we were overlooked the first time. After returning from our outing the second night it was a surprise not to have our room cleaned and fresh towels. (First for us to have this type of request of a guest.) He did not. Evidently, he was to give us a placard to place on the door to let housekeeping know we wanted our room cleaned. When we arrived the front desk clerk that checked us in, was rude and not friendly at all. We had called the hotel 2 times the day of our arrival to let them know that we would be a late night arrival and not to let our room go. The front desk and housekeeping were the worst I have ever experienced in all of my travels.
